Service Technician

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. You’ll represent our family-owned shop in the field with honest recommendations and workmanship that matches Local 36 standards.

What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related controls
  • Document findings, options, and completed work for customers and the office
  • Maintain a safe, professional presence on every job site
  • Support emergency and scheduled calls across our South St. Louis service area

Install Technician

Install and replace HVAC equipment and custom ductwork on new and existing homes. Ideal for someone who takes pride in clean runs, proper startup, and leaving the job site better than you found it.

What you'll do

  • Set and commission new systems per manufacturer and code requirements
  • Fabricate and fit sheet metal ductwork with attention to airflow and longevity
  • Coordinate with service and customer service on schedules and scope
  • Follow safety protocols on lifts, rooftops, and confined spaces

Customer Service

  • Answer phones, route emergencies, and book service and install windows
  • Update job records, warranties, and customer notes accurately
  • Follow up on estimates, maintenance reminders, and satisfaction
  • Support the team with light office tasks as needed
